From assembly to hand-tufting to packaging, our Comfort Sleep mattresses have been proudly made at our WG&R Mattress Factory in Two Rivers since 1984. We even use many locally sourced materials, including CertiPUR-US® certified foam from Middleton, WI and springs from Sheboygan, WI.

Established in 1889, the company had an active role in the design of spring mattresses that led to a partnership and creation of Spring Air.
